Zach Peterlin

Chef Zach Peterlin has an extensive background in the food, beverage and hospitality industry. Zach is an Honors graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan. He also has continuously attended additional classes, seminars and demonstrations that keep him on the cutting edge of the ever changing hospitality industry. This enables Zach to make a truly memorable dining experience for his guests. Zach also has extensive experience with banquets, catering, and a very creative approach to menu planning and specials.

Locally, Zach has been a Chef at J Alexander’s, Livonia, MI, Bistro 127, South Lyon, MI, The Oxford Inn, Royal Oak, MI, and most recently, the Executive Chef at John Cowley’s & Sons, Farmington, MI.
